As we in the Divine Hotels group always give a priority to lifelong learning, and have the firm belief that the human resource is the most important asset of an enterprise, we gradually develop an internal multidimensional training program for our employees. This annual program, which begun on a trial basis in 2018, serves a two-fold purpose. Firstly, it is aiming on imparting our philosophy to our employees, so our guests will experience at all times a memorable customer service. Secondly, on the personal improvement of the participants, either to those subjects in which they lack, or to the skills which are necessary for them so they can function effectively inside their working environment. Basically, every year the subjects that need improvement are being pointed out and then a new innovative program is being set that corresponds to the learning needs.
